Triple Belt System – High Profile Battle Belt Platform

Enhanced Support, Greater Coverage, Full System Integration

The Triple Belt System – High Profile is engineered for users who require increased lumbar support, improved weight distribution, and the ability to integrate soft armour protection. This system combines the Assaulter’s Battle Belt (High Profile variant), a load-rated COBRA® Duty Belt, and a hook-compatible Inner Duty Belt into one cohesive setup. Its taller 6-inch rear panel provides more structural contact for load-bearing stability, and better ballistic coverage when used with optional GX Soft Armour inserts.

Ideal for law enforcement officers, military personnel, special operations units, and EMT tactical teams, this system excels in high-risk deployments where both comfort and gear retention are critical. The taller rear profile pairs especially well with plate carrier setups, ensuring your back panel doesn’t interfere with the belt or cause ride-up during movement.

Built on a Three-Belt Foundation

The High Profile Triple Belt System is built on three integrated components, each designed to deliver structure, security, and adaptability. At its foundation is the Inner Duty Belt, backed with 360° loop Velcro® to ensure firm attachment to your pants. Anchoring the system is the COBRA® Duty Belt, which features three optional AustriAlpin™ COBRA® buckle styles. Over top is the High Profile Assaulter’s Belt, engineered with internal hook tabs, removable padding, modular stiffeners, and two full rows of PALS webbing for both MOLLE and non-MOLLE gear configurations. Together, these elements create a rigid, stable platform that eliminates sagging, shifting, or rollover.

High Profile Design for Plate Carrier Compatibility

Unlike the 4” low-profile version, this belt system uses a 6” tall rear panel that offers more surface area for stability and support. It’s especially suited for users running plate carriers, where soft body armour overlap is not a concern. The taller design helps stabilize gear across the lumbar region and reduces fatigue during long operational shifts or extended response deployments.

Enhanced Armour Compatibility

The High Profile model includes dedicated channels and internal compartments for inserting GX2 or GX3A soft armour panels, offering extended protection to the hips and lower back. Each panel is fully sealed in 70D Sonobond-welded Ripstop Nylon to maintain water resistance and durability. Combined with LOF IMPACT™ Technology and Outlast Thermal Management Systems™, this system helps reduce trauma and regulate body temperature during sustained operations.

360° Load Distribution and Comfort

With more surface contact and full circumferential coverage, this belt evenly distributes weight across the hips and lower back. Integrated LD45 closed-cell foam padding and a rigid HDPE core balance stiffness with flexibility, conforming to the user’s waist over time. This combination reduces pinch points and pressure zones, particularly under plate carriers or during vehicle transport.

MOLLE & Non-MOLLE Gear Compatibility

Two rows of PALS webbing run the length of the outer belt, allowing you to mount MOLLE-compatible pouches, medical kits, and utility gear. The system also accommodates non-MOLLE equipment—such as holsters, tasers and drop-leg platforms—by weaving through the internal COBRA® Duty Belt. This flexibility lets users tailor the loadout to mission-specific roles without compromising layout.

Suspender Compatible

The High Profile Assaulter’s Belt includes four integrated 1-inch acetal loops positioned to accept most tactical suspender systems. These loops are flush with the belt body and located to maintain balanced weight distribution. When paired with suspenders, the system offloads pressure from the hips during long patrols without interfering with gear mounting.

Compatible With All LOF Inner Duty Belts

This system is fully compatible with the LOF 1.5" and 2.0" Inner Duty Belts, connecting via internal hook Velcro tabs sewn end-to-end along the belt’s interior. These tabs are placed in tight intervals to accommodate a wide variety of tactical pants, including Crye Precision®, UF PRO®, and some 5.11® models. This ensures full Velcro engagement regardless of pant loop layout.

CNC-Built for Durability and Precision

Every belt is built in Canada using our in-house CNC robotic sewing systems, ensuring clean lines, consistent stitching, and maximum strength. Constructed from 500D MILSPEC Cordura®, high-strength webbing, HDPE reinforcement, and X-50 laminate, the High Profile Triple Belt System delivers elite-level quality without compromise.

Built-In Belt Keepers for Alignment and Utility

Both the Triple Belt System – High Profile and the Low Profile Triple Belt System feature built-in belt keepers on each side of the platform. These keepers are designed to hold the COBRA® Duty Belt in line with the outer Assaulter’s Belt, preventing sagging or misalignment during movement. In addition to stabilizing the core of the system, the keepers double as utility anchors—perfect for clipping in patrol gloves, key retainers, or small hardware using quick-release clasps. For users running the COBRA® Duty Belt – Velcro Closure, the adjustment tail can be folded and tucked cleanly inside the belt keeper, especially useful when the Velcro tab becomes obstructed once the duty belt is inserted into the Assaulter’s platform. This allows for quick adjustments while maintaining a streamlined setup for operational use.

AustriAlpin™ COBRA® Buckle Options

From left to right, the High Profile Triple Belt System offers three COBRA® buckle options to match your operational needs. The COBRA® ProStyle is a lightweight aluminum buckle suited for general tactical use. The GT COBRA® is a polymer-based option ideal for EOD applications or environments requiring non-metallic gear. For users requiring retention capabilities, the D-Ring COBRA® ProStyle includes an integrated 18kN-rated attachment point for lanyards, tethers, or rappel setups. Each buckle is fully integrated into the COBRA® Duty Belt and serves as the structural anchor point for the entire belt system, ensuring strength and reliability under load.
