Pro-Fusion Rifle Pouch – Full-Height with Flap Retention
Pro-Fusion Rifle Magazine Pouches
The Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouch with Flap Retention is the most secure configuration in our full-height rifle magazine pouch line. Its taller profile covers more of the magazine, while the removable flap closes over the top for added protection.
Manufactured from X50 500 denier CORDURA® laminate and reinforced with HDPE, the pouch maintains a structured shape without unnecessary bulk.

Customizable Front MOLLE Configuration
Choose between a single MOLLE row or a double MOLLE row on the front of the pouch.
Loop Velcro is included as part of this model because it is required to secure the flap. A non-Velcro front configuration is therefore not available.
The flap is woven into the pouch using the adjustable shock cord and can be removed if required. Once removed, the selected MOLLE rows remain available for mounting compatible equipment.
Flap and Body Retention
Adjustable shock cord applies tension around the magazine body, while the hook-and-loop flap secures over the exposed end. Together, these systems provide greater retention than our open-top Body Retention and Bungee Retention models.
The covered design is well suited for RECCE operations, rural patrols, field exercises and movement through forested terrain. It helps prevent the magazine from being pulled free while also reducing the amount of dirt, leaves, branches and other debris entering the pouch.
Users who prioritize faster access may prefer one of our open-top rifle magazine pouch configurations.
Multi-Caliber Compatibility
The full-height Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouch is shaped for specific full-capacity rifle magazines. Its taller body and upper bungee retention are not designed around short magazines or the broader bolt-action magazine compatibility offered by our SHORTY models.

Both retention systems can be adjusted to create a secure fit around the supported magazine profiles. Magazine dimensions can vary between manufacturers, so customers should verify their magazine type and capacity before placing an order.
Flex-Lok MOLLE Straps
LOF Flex-Lok MOLLE attachment straps are included with every pouch. The straps weave through compatible MOLLE or PALS platforms to create a stable connection without requiring separate mounting hardware.
Advanced Textiles & CNC Automation
Each pouch is manufactured using CNC robotic sewing technology for consistent stitching, dimensions and construction.
X50 500 denier CORDURA® laminate combines a durable exterior with a non-stretch internal structure and an integrated Kevlar/Aramid X-weave. Reinforced edges help resist fraying and separation during extended use.
Internal HDPE supports the pouch body and keeps the opening accessible when the magazine is removed, making reinsertion easier.
