The Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouch (Bungee Retention) combines the increased magazine coverage of our full-height pouch with an adjustable top pull tab for an additional level of security. Its taller profile supports more of the magazine body than our SHORTY Rifle Mag Pouches, making it well suited for users who prioritize coverage, stability and secure retention.

Manufactured from X50 500 denier CORDURA® laminate and strengthened with internal HDPE reinforcement, the pouch maintains a structured shape while minimizing unnecessary material and bulk. Its durable, waterproof and tear-resistant construction is intended for professional law enforcement, military and tactical applications and is supported by the LOF Defence lifetime warranty.

Customizable Front MOLLE Configuration

The front panel can be ordered with either a single MOLLE row or a double MOLLE row, allowing the pouch configuration to be matched to your carrier, chest rig or belt setup. The double-row option provides additional mounting space, while the single-row version maintains a cleaner and more streamlined front profile.

Optional loop Velcro can be added to either MOLLE configuration. This creates an attachment area for compatible identification, unit, marker or morale patches without eliminating the MOLLE functionality of the front panel.

Bungee and Body Retention

This model uses two adjustable retention systems to keep the magazine secure. The pouch body applies tension around the magazine, while the top bungee pull tab extends over the exposed end to provide additional protection against unintended magazine loss. Body retention can be tightened for a firmer hold or relaxed for a lighter draw based on the user’s preference. The tension can be adjusted while the pouch remains installed on compatible equipment, eliminating the need to remove and remount the pouch when changing the retention level.

The upper pull tab is designed for situations where greater magazine security is required during running, climbing, vehicle operations or other high-movement activities. Users who do not require the additional top retention may prefer our full-height Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouch with Body Retention.

Multi-Caliber Compatibility

The full-height Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouch is shaped for specific full-capacity rifle magazines. Its taller body and upper bungee retention are not designed around short magazines or the broader bolt-action magazine compatibility offered by our SHORTY models.

Both retention systems can be adjusted to create a secure fit around the supported magazine profiles. Magazine dimensions can vary between manufacturers, so customers should verify their magazine type and capacity before placing an order.

Flex-Lok MOLLE Straps

LOF Flex-Lok MOLLE attachment straps are included with every Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouch. Separate mounting straps or additional attachment hardware do not need to be purchased.

When properly woven through a compatible MOLLE or PALS platform, the Flex-Lok system creates a stable connection that helps limit unwanted pouch movement during demanding operational use.

Advanced Textiles & CNC Automation

Pro-Fusion Rifle Mag Pouches are manufactured in-house using CNC robotic sewing technology to produce consistent stitching, repeatable dimensions and dependable retention from one pouch to the next.

The pouch body is constructed from X50 500 denier CORDURA® laminate, combining a durable outer textile with a non-stretch laminated structure. Reinforced edges help prevent fraying, while the integrated Kevlar/Aramid X-weave adds strength without the bulk associated with heavily layered traditional pouch construction.

HDPE reinforcement helps the pouch maintain its shape, supports smooth magazine reinsertion and prevents the body from collapsing when the magazine is removed. The result is a lightweight, structured rifle magazine pouch built for long-term professional use.
