Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Pouch with Flap Retention
Double Magazine Capacity
The Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Mag Pouch with Flap Retention carries two full-length rifle magazines stacked front-to-back within a compact mounting footprint. Adjustable shock cord provides tension around both magazines, while a single protective flap closes over the pouch opening for additional security.
This pouch is intended for full-length magazines, including 30-round 5.56x45mm, 5.45x39mm, as well as 25-round 7.62x51mm PMAG® magazines. More detailed compatibility information is provided below.

Customizable Front MOLLE Configuration
Choose between a single MOLLE row or a double MOLLE row on the front of the pouch.
Loop Velcro is included with both options because it is required to secure the flap. A front configuration without the loop surface is not available for this model.
The flap is integrated into the shock cord system and can be removed by reweaving the cord. Although most users will operate the pouch with the flap installed, the selected MOLLE rows remain functional should the flap be removed.
Full-Length Magazine Compatibility
The Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Mag Pouch with Flap Retention is designed to hold two magazines from the following categories:
30-Round 5.56x45mm Magazines
20-Round 7.62x39mm Magazines
25-Round 7.62x51mm PMAG® Magazines
The surrounding shock cord can be adjusted to suit the supported magazine profile. Magazine dimensions vary between manufacturers and generations, so customers should confirm compatibility before ordering.
This pouch is not intended for compact 20-round magazines, 30-round 7.62x39mm magazines (due to flap length) or short-action bolt-rifle magazines. Those magazine types are better suited to our Pro-Fusion SHORTY Rifle Magazine Pouches.
LOF Flex-Lok MOLLE Straps
LOF Flex-Lok MOLLE attachment straps are included with every Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Mag Pouch.
The straps weave through compatible MOLLE or PALS platforms to create a secure attachment without requiring separate clips or additional mounting hardware.
Robust Textiles & CNC Automation
Each Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Mag Pouch is manufactured in-house using CNC robotic sewing technology for repeatable stitching, consistent dimensions and dependable construction.
X50 500 denier CORDURA® laminate combines a durable textile exterior with a non-stretch laminated structure and integrated Kevlar/Aramid X-weave. This provides strength and rigidity without relying on multiple layers of conventional fabric.
Internal HDPE reinforcement supports the pouch body and helps maintain its shape when one or both magazines are removed. Reinforced edges improve resistance to fraying and separation throughout extended service.
