Double Magazine Capacity

The Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Mag Pouch with Bungee Retention carries two full-length rifle magazines within a single mounting platform. Adjustable body tension holds each magazine firmly inside the pouch, while individual top bungees provide a second layer of retention.

This pouch is intended for full-length magazines, including common 30-round 5.56x45mm magazines and 25-round 7.62x51mm PMAG® magazines. A complete compatibility list is provided further down this page.

Manufactured from X50 500 denier CORDURA® combined with LOF Pro-Fusion laminate and reinforced with HDPE, the pouch maintains its shape without relying on excessive layers of material. Its two-magazine layout increases ammunition capacity while keeping the equipment organized across the front of a carrier or chest rig.

Customizable Front MOLLE Configuration

Choose between a single MOLLE row or a double MOLLE row across the front of the pouch.

The single-row configuration provides a cleaner mounting surface, while the double-row option creates additional space for compatible MOLLE or PALS equipment.

Optional loop Velcro can be added to either configuration. This provides an attachment surface for compatible identification, unit, marker or morale patches while preserving the function of the selected MOLLE rows.

Full-Length Magazine Compatibility

The Pro-Fusion Double Rifle Mag Pouch is designed to carry two magazines from the following categories:

30-Round 5.56x45mm Magazines

30-Round 5.45x39mm Magazines

30-Round 7.62x39mm Magazines

25-Round 7.62x51mm PMAG® Magazines

Body and bungee tension can be adjusted to suit the supported magazine profile. Because dimensions can vary between magazine manufacturers and generations, customers should verify compatibility before ordering.

This pouch is not intended for shorter 20-round magazines or compact short-action bolt-rifle magazines. Those magazine types are better suited to our Pro-Fusion SHORTY Rifle Mag Pouches.

LOF Flex-Lok MOLLE Straps

Two LOF Flex-Lok MOLLE attachment straps are included with every double rifle magazine pouch.

The straps weave through compatible MOLLE or PALS platforms to secure the pouch directly to the equipment. No separate mounting clips or additional attachment hardware are required.

Robust Textiles & CNC Automation

Pro-Fusion pouches are manufactured in-house using CNC robotic sewing technology for repeatable stitch placement, consistent dimensions and dependable construction. X50 500 denier CORDURA® laminate combines a durable textile surface with a non-stretch laminated structure and integrated Kevlar/Aramid X-weave. This creates a strong, lightweight pouch body without the bulk associated with multiple layers of conventional fabric. Reinforced edges help resist fraying and separation, while the HDPE structure supports both magazine columns and assists with smooth reinsertion.
