The PGD ARCH Gen 3 Helmet is designed and manufactured in Europe, the helmet uses Dupont™ Kevlar® aramid fibers to resist penetration from rounds up to .44 Magnum, as well as threats like 9mm and .357 SIG. It also exceeds STANAG2920 performance for fragment resistance, stopping 17-grain threats at up to 700 m/s.

The OD finish is coated with a specialized hydrophobic sealant that resists moisture, fuel, and environmental grime, ideal for use in wet or high-humidity conditions.

With a full system weight of under 3 lbs, the helmet is among the lightest in its class—allowing for fast movement, extended wear, and reduced operator fatigue. A low-profile cut and streamlined contour provide increased field-of-view and mobility while preserving essential coverage.

The NVG-ready shroud uses the MARSOC/WARCOM 3-hole mount, compatible with Cadex, Wilcox G24, and other NATO-spec systems. Side rails accept Ops-Core headsets, signal lights, and additional attachments.

Internally, the ARCH Gen 3 comes equipped with custom-fit memory foam pads and a BOA retention system that ensures a snug, pressure-free fit—critical for extended wear in fast-paced operations.
