The PGD ARCH Gen 3 Ballistic Helmet in Black is engineered for tactical professionals who require maximum protection without compromising mobility. Designed and tested in Europe, this helmet meets NIJ 0106.01 Level IIIA standards and is independently certified by a U.S. Department of Defense-approved lab—delivering exceptional ballistic protection against high-velocity handgun rounds, including .44 Magnum, .357 SIG, and 9mm threats.

Using Dupont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber, the shell is manufactured in Eastern Europe and precision-finished in Denmark. Its low-profile design minimizes backface deformation, limiting circumferential trauma to just 75mm and reducing impact depth by up to 50%, with average deformation measured at only 11.2 mm against 9mm rounds.

The matte black finish is more than just a colour—it's treated with a custom chemical-resistant coating that protects the helmet from oils, moisture, and corrosive substances often encountered in urban policing, tactical raids, or maritime operations.

Weighing only 1.35 kg (L) or 1.4 kg (XL) fully equipped, this is one of the lightest high-cut ballistic helmets available. It’s compatible with Ops-Core rail-mounted accessories (AMPs, M-Ax lights, Peltor systems) and features a MARSOC 3-hole pattern NVG shroud that supports Cadex or Wilcox G24 night vision mounts.

Enhanced comfort comes from custom memory foam padding and a BOA-fit dial retention system that wraps low along the nape for a secure, fatigue-free fit—perfect for long deployments.
